Meadowlands

Meadowlands Golf Club

Meadowlands Golf Club is a championship, 18-hole golf course designed by architect Willard Byrd and sister golf course to Farmstead Golf Links. The golf course plays through wetlands and tall grasses, typical for this part of North Carolina. Several holes are lined with mature hardwoods and the fairways are gently rolling. The fast greens are average in size, with little undulation. Water comes into play on several holes in the form of several freshwater lakes located throughout the golf course. Meadowlands plays from 5,041 to 7,054-yards and there are five sets of tees to challenge all skill levels. The signature 6th hole is a 432 yard par 4. From an elevated tee you must avoid a pond down the left side, the approach shot is over a hidden water hazard to a raised green.
