Lockwood Folly Golf Course

The Lockwood Folly Country Club lies between the Lockwood Folly River and Intracoastal Waterway. This masterfully Willard Byrd designed course has been recognized by Golf Digest’s Best Places to Play with a 4 star rating. The semi-private links style golf course features many narrow tree-lined non-parallel fairways winding through hardwoods and pines. Shot accuracy is at a premium. Water hazards (lakes, creeks, and ponds) come into play on fifteen holes.

The course offers 6 sets of tees to allow golfers of all skill levels to enjoy their round. The signature hole 18th is a par 5 at just under 500 yards. It is a slight dogleg right with water coming into play twice. The Waterway and Atlantic Ocean is behind the green so on most days you are playing directly into the wind.
