He finished at 12 under and 2 strokes ahead of Tony Finua and Kevin Na. In between the second and third rounds, Watson also competed Friday night at the NBA’s Allstar/Celebrity Game where he scored 2 points, had 3 rebounds and 1 assist. He also had a shot swatted away by Tracy McGrady (retired 7 time NBA all-star).

In her first career start as a memb of the LPGA Tour, Jin Young Ko made it memorable by winning the ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open. She posted -14 to win by 3 over Hyejin Choi.

On the European Tour, Joost Luiten and Chris Wood battled down the stretch with Luiten coming out on top beating Wood by 2 strokes to win the NBO Oman Open.
