LPGA Tour: Danielle Kang took the hotly contested KPMG Women’s PGA Championship. This was her first LPGA Tour victory after 5 1/2 seasons on tour. She made a birdie on the 72nd hole to beat Brooke Henderson by a stroke.

PGA Tour: Kyle Stanley won the Quicken Loans National after a 1 hole playoff over Charles Howell III. Stanley’s only other victory came at the 2012 Waste Management Phoenix Open.

Champions Tour: Kenny Perry set a tournament record with a -16 264 to win his 2nd US Senior Open title. He bested 3rd round leader Kirk Triplett by 2 strokes.

European Tour: Tommy Fleetwood continued his high level play by winning the HNA Open de France by a stroke over Peter Uihlein. This win comes on the heals of his 4th place finish at the US Open two weeks ago.
