The Coastal Carolina University baseball team shocked the country by winning the NCAA championship last summer. Now a famous alum has brought fame to the University again as Dustin Johnson has climbed the ranks to be #1 in the Official World Golf Rankings. DJ had 5 top 4 finished at Riviera County Club until this weekend when he finally broke through. Despite terrible weather and delays, he was able to stretch his lead Sunday morning as he finished up the 3rd round part of 36 holes. The afternoon round really had no suspense as he strolled his way to a 5 stroke victory with a -17 finish. With the victory, he ascended to the #1 position in the rankings.
